Your First Visit
At Blissful Dental Spa, we know that we only have one chance to make a great first impression. Our goal is to show you on your first visit how much we care about your well-being and value you as a patient.
Dr. Chinara Garraway and our team will work together to provide a stress-free, seamless experience from the first moment you enter our luxurious, spa-like surroundings until you leave us with a healthier smile.
Here are a few things you should know to get the most out of your first visit to our Tallahassee dental office.
Arranging an Appointment
Please call Blissful Dental Spa at (850) 203-4143 and a member of our front desk team will help you arrange an appointment that fits your schedule. Or you can send us a request using our convenient online scheduling form.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 AM.
Forms and Paperwork
Obtaining your dental and medical history at or before your first visit is critical. The forms we ask you to fill out give Dr. Garraway the essential information she needs to provide you with the safest, most appropriate care.
Visit our forms page, and fill out your paperwork online so you can relax when you first get to our dental office. If you’re unable to complete the forms beforehand, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we can get the paperwork out of the way.
Please also bring a photo ID and any insurance cards you will be using.
Your First Visit
During your first visit, you will meet with your hygienist who will check the condition of your teeth and gums. In most cases, we will provide a comprehensive cleaning at the first visit. If we find periodontal disease that requires further treatment, however, we will schedule a subsequent appointment.
Next, you will meet with Dr. Garraway who will spend a few minutes getting to know you so she can understand your concerns and priorities. She will then review with you the information gathered and explain what the findings mean and how or if we need to proceed with treatment.
Before you leave, we will schedule any necessary appointments, and a member of our team will review financing options including insurance and our in-house dental savings plan. Visit our financial page to learn more about these options.
